For this reason, Elaia Body cannot guarantee how a fragrance will smell on an individual wearer.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before use

We recommend performing a small patch test prior to full application.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Orders & Payments

Elaia Body reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors are suspected.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on location, carrier schedules, and seasonal demand.
Elaia Body is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.
If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review the request and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
